Two of the four teens accused in the murder of Luis Ramirez in July have been released on bail.
From the PA newspaper the Reading Eagle:
They are charged with criminal homicide — which could include third-degree murder, voluntary or involuntary manslaughter — along with ethnic intimidation and related offenses in the July 12 beating of Luis E. Ramirez, 24.
The district attorney’s office did not object to bail being set, but asked for several conditions, which Baldwin granted.
Piekarsky and Walsh must obey 7 p.m. curfews, avoid using drugs or alcohol and stay away from others involved in the case.
Sounds like fair treatment for people involved in a brutal murder. Right?
